Premium Accounting Rep. & Enrollment Call Center Rep.
Heather has most always dealt with some aspect of the insurance business. She started out filing insurance and posting remittances for West Georgia Health System’s Home Health Department. After later completing the coding program at West Georgia Tech, she started working for the Emergency Room Physicians and was responsible for properly coding the procedures and diagnosis for payment from the insurance companies.
She has been working with Houze and Associates since 2006 and is licensed in Life, Accident and Health Insurance. She works in the call center during open enrollment and also does monthly premium reconciliation. When the opportunity is available she also enjoys going on local enrollments.
Family is very important to Heather and she enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She enjoys vacationing with her family and loves watching her children play football. She also enjoys writing lyrics as a hobby.
