The enrollment team is made up of experienced personnel who conduct enrollments in a professional manner, without high-pressure tactics. Our three-year persistency rate varies from 88% to 93%. We developed our own laptop enrollment system to accommodate new and existing core benefits, as well as any ancillary benefits desired. Our system assures accuracy for insurers and our client's payroll department.

Houze & Associates, Inc. currently administers all, or a portion of, the employee benefits for approximately 300 employer groups.
