Each Benefits website allows employees and staff to review and access all benefit information and forms, as well as links to providers, all on one convenient website. Contract provisions for each benefit, as well as claim and administrative forms are included in this site.

An online benefits portal, Benefits Access, is available to employees and staff not just during enrollments, but all year long.  On this site employees can view what benefits were elected in their last enrollment, the costs of elected benefits, what family members are covered, insurance beneficiaries and more.

Houze & Associates also creates a unique enrollment portal for clients to use during their open enrollment period.  Employees can use this secure site to enroll their benefits online by themselves, or with a Houze & Associates benefits counselor.  The enrollment system also interfaces with carrier enrollment platforms to produce an efficient enrollment experience for employees.
