Houze and Associates Enrollments
As part of the enrollment team, I feel that Houze & Associates provides excellent education for the employees of various groups during open enrollments.
The enrollers are educated as to the various products for each group and are very knowledgeable as to the benefits these products provide. If the employee has any questions the enrollers cannot answer, we have numerous sources that we can call on in order to provide answers.
The enrollers make every attempt to be discrete, respecting the privacy of each of the employees that they enroll, along with adhering to HIPAA laws.
Also, during the enrollments, demographics for each employee enrolled is updated. This assists the employer with current addresses, phone numbers, beneficiaries, etc., plus provides valuable feedback as to the choice of products the employee selected.
In the event an employee cannot meet with an enroller, we have a user-friendly website dedicated to the individual group. This can be utilized at the employees convenience. Also, if the employee has any questions or needs help with enrolling, we have a call center that can assist with questions or actually enroll the employee from our office.
