Group Administration & Premium Accounting
Jolena is one of several Group Administrators and licensed agents employed with Houze & Associates, Inc. She is licensed in life, accident and health insurance. She has been employed with us since 2002. She handles premium accounting for several of our clients. Jolene is the main contact for these clients and their employees regarding employees’ benefits, payroll changes and refunds.
Jolena previously worked for a Real Estate Broker where she held a Real Estate license. She assisted in showing properties and preparing quotes for clients. She worked in retail for a short time and also had the great experience of waitressing as a young adult.
Jolena is a single parent of four children. She is very family oriented and spends almost all of her free time with her family. She volunteers as a cheerleading coach for the recreation department. She enjoys helping others and loves the beach and traveling to California to visit family and friends.
