The Accident Insurance Plan 2 policy includes the following additional benefits:
Building Benefits added*
- Initial Accident Hospitalization* $1500 Y1 and $500 each year to $3,500 Y5+
- Hospital Confinement* $300 Y1 and $50 each year to $500 Y5+
- Intensive Care Confinement* $600 Y1 and $100 each year to $1,000 Y5+
- Accident Treatment (Hospital, Urgent Care, Physician Office) $200
- Accident follow up (any type) $35 maximum 30 per accident/person
- Annual Wellness Benefit: $100
