  1. State Health Medical MUST BE ENROLLED through https://myshbpga.adp.com/shbp within 30 days of your START date.
    Review the 2025 State Health Summary of Medical Plans and the State Health Decision Guide
    Transfer employees from other GA School Systems will remain in your existing Medical Plan until the next annual enrollment.

  2. Putnam County Schools benefits enroll through the Employee Enrollment Portal.
    Review the Enrollment Timeline and 2025 Summary of Benefits
    Use the 2025/2026 Enrollment Worksheet to plan for your enrollment. Transfers will need to enroll for benefits. Dental, Vision, etc. will NOT transfer from your former employer.
