Annual Enrollment for 2023/24 Plan Year
Enrollment will take place April 17-21, 2023.
Employees will have the opportunity to make changes to benefits for the Plan Year for Non-Medical Benefits: July 1, 2023-June 30, 2024 and Flexible Spending June 1, 2023 – May 31, 2024.
There are three ways available to enroll your benefits:
- Face-to-Face – See Schedule (click location link to schedule a time to see a Benefits Counselor)
- Telephone – Call the Houze Call Center at 1-800-523-7135 or 706-882-2864
- Self Service – Link from LOGIN to the Online Self-Enrollment site.
Benefit Counselors from Houze & Associates will be onsite. See schedule for locations and times.
Packets will be delivered by Wednesday April 12 and contain the following materials
- Personalized Benefit Statement
- Memo
- Onsite Enrollment Schedule (includes location signup links)
- Summary of Benefits
