The plan pays a lump sum payment of the maximum Critical Illness benefit amount upon diagnosis of the following.

Cardiopulmonary Enhancement Rider: 25% benefit for: Cardaic Arrest, Pulmonary Embolism, Pulmonary Fibrosis

OLDER VOYA POLICY, NO LONGER OFFERED
Benefits will be reduced by 50% on the certificate anniversary following the insured’s 70th birthday. The premiums will not decrease.
