State Health Medical Benefits January to December Plan Year
State Health Medical Benefits are enrolled within 30 days of your start date as a new hire. Active employees enroll/make change for medical benefits in October/November each year. The Medical Plan Year is managed by The State of Georgia’s Department of Community Health.

1) State Health Medical MUST BE ENROLLED through https://www.myshbpga.adp.com within 30 days of your START date.
Transfer employees from other GA School Systems will remain in your existing Medical Plan until the next annual enrollment.
2) Haralson County Schools non-medical benefits enroll through the Employee Enrollment Portal:
